Be A Player! will host a Free Sports Physicals and ECG Screening event at Jones High School on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. This event is open to students in Kindergarten through 12th grade who need a sports physical and heart screening for participation in school athletics. Families are encouraged to attend early and take advantage of this important, no-cost opportunity to help ensure students are healthy and ready for the upcoming athletic season.

I hope this message finds you all well-rested and ready for an amazing school year ahead at Lake Nona Middle School! It is with great excitement and enthusiasm that I welcome each of you to the 2025-2026 academic year.
To our returning students and families, welcome back! Your continued dedication to our school community is truly appreciated, and we are thrilled to continue our journey together. For our new students and families joining us this year, we extend a warm welcome. We are excited to have you become part of our Lake Nona Knight family.
This year, we have many exciting initiatives planned, including clubs and activities, enhanced technology resources, and opportunities for community involvement. I encourage all students to explore their interests, challenge themselves, and take advantage of everything our school has to offer.
To our families and guardians, your partnership is essential to the success of our students. Your involvement, support, and encouragement make a significant difference in their educational journey. Together, we can create a positive and enriching experience for every student at Lake Nona Middle School.
